A Love Letter to Sin City: Inside the Museum of Ice Cream Las Vegas
Located inside AREA15, the Museum of Ice Cream Las Vegas stands as the brand’s largest and most ambitious flagship to date. Blending vintage Sin City glamour with interactive play, the expansive space offers a joyful, multigenerational escape for tourists and residents alike.
Channeling Classic Las Vegas Energy
The Las Vegas flagship of the Museum of Ice Cream draws direct inspiration from the city’s iconic entertainment history. Visitors navigate a series of vibrant rooms that reimagine classic Vegas landmarks through a playful lens. From a brilliant pink hotel lobby to a larger-than-life corridor of freezer doors (make sure to open them all), and even a s’mores-themed hotel room (check out the slide), a little bit of Vegas is hidden in every part of the experience.
“Museum of Ice Cream Las Vegas is our largest and most ambitious flagship yet, built inside AREA15 to be a love letter to the golden era of Las Vegas: the vintage neon, the glamorous showmanship, the whimsical wedding chapels, and the sense that anything can happen here,” says Manish Vora, CEO & Co-Founder of Museum of Ice Cream. “Every experience reimagines that iconic Las Vegas energy through a playful, immersive lens.”

Interactive Installations and Nostalgic Attractions
Guest experiences at the Museum of Ice Cream span multiple interactive zones, including a three-story hall of freezers, five giant slides, and the world’s largest Sprinkle Pool. In a nod to famous Las Vegas quick-wedding traditions, the venue features its own wedding chapel where visitors exchange custom friendship bracelets and ring pops. The space can also be reserved for vow renewals, proposals, and celebrations. You can even rent and purchase themed attire for your ice cream-inspired gathering.
Live entertainment plays a central role in the flagship’s design. The venue incorporates live theatrical performances and magic shows in its Big Top space, leaning directly into the city’s identity as the entertainment capital of the world.
Breaking Barriers Through Play
While the museum remains popular across social media, the core philosophy focuses on active participation and shared moments rather than static photo opportunities. Looking for a semi-permanent souvenir? Stop by the tattoo shop for a temporary reminder of your visit.
“Adults spend so much of their lives being told to act their age. At Museum of Ice Cream, we permit them to do the opposite,” Vora notes. “It’s intentionally designed to make adults feel a little silly, in the best possible way, and joy is contagious once one person starts playing.”

Local Partnerships and Unlimited Treats
At the center of the culinary experience is the world’s largest all-you-can-eat ice cream buffet, offering unlimited scoops and nearly 50 sauce and topping options.
Spotlighting Regional Creameries
To connect with the local culinary scene, the venue partners with regional creameries such as Sorry Not Sorry and Secret Creamery to supply rotating flavors.
“We’re proud to serve ice cream from local Las Vegas businesses including Sorry Not Sorry and Secret Creamery,” shares Vora. “We’ve also partnered with the Vegas Golden Knights on ‘Fortress Feast,’ an exclusive all-you-can-play hockey golf experience built only for Museum of Ice Cream Las Vegas, where guests trade putters for Golden Knights hockey sticks.”
Nightlife and Returning Audiences
Designed as a multi-hour experience, guests typically spend two to three hours exploring the Museum of Ice Cream. During the day, the space operates as a family-friendly destination before shifting after dark into an evening spot for date nights, themed events, and craft cocktails.
By pairing local community partnerships with continuous seasonal programming, the flagship establishes itself as a permanent destination for both returning locals and out-of-town visitors.
