Vegas Country Concerts During National Finals Rodeo

The Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR) transforms the Las Vegas Strip into a prime destination for music fans, with Live Nation once again scheduling an impressive lineup of country stars, comedy acts, and legendary performers across the city’s top venues. The 2025 schedule features chart-topping artists and rising sensations, promising memorable nights throughout the NFR.

Headlining Country Performers

Several of the genre’s biggest names are booked for exclusive, multi-night engagements at iconic Las Vegas theaters.

Tim McGraw is returning for his limited run, Tim McGraw: Live in Vegas, at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on December 4, 6, 12, and 13. These intimate shows are expected to showcase his vast collection of fan favorites from his three-decade career.

Meanwhile, Old Dominion, country music’s most-awarded Vocal Group of the Year, will perform two unique concerts at PH Live at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on December 5 and 6. Their performances are custom-created for the venue, featuring their newest album, BARBARA, played in its entirety alongside their biggest hits. Nate Smith will also take the PH Live stage on December 11.

One-Night Only and Specialty Shows

The concert calendar is filled with one-off shows and specialty performances, appealing to diverse tastes within the country and rock genres.

Stars and Legends

GRAMMY Award-winning artist Lainey Wilson will host her annual Wildflowers and Wild Horses show at T-Mobile Arena on Sunday, December 7, featuring Shane Smith & The Saints and Gabriella Rose as special guests. Country phenomenon Colter Wall will appear for two nights, December 12 and 13, at BleauLive Theater inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas with his Colter Wall and Friends tour. Country icon Wynonna Judd is set to perform her Greatest Hits Tour at The Venetian Theatre on December 5 and 6.

For a blend of country and classic rock, Clay Walker performs a special NFR show at the Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort on December 6, following a performance by classic rock band KANSAS on December 5.

Comedy and Red Dirt Music

Complementing the music, several major comedians are performing, including Jeff Dunham, Jeff Foxworthy, and Brian Regan. For country fans seeking Texas and Red Dirt music, the 12th Annual Hooey Party returns to Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas. This event features Treaty Oak Revival with Red Shahan on December 5, and the Turnpike Troubadours with The Droptines on December 12.

As an Official Sponsor of the 2025 National Finals Rodeo (NFR), Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino will be a central hub for fans from December 4 through 13, offering a blend of free nightly country music, specialty dining, and convenience. The resort’s Cabaret Theater will host complimentary headlining acts nightly at 8:30 p.m., featuring artists such as The Wilder Blue and Giovannie and the Hired Guns. At the same time, the International Bar will showcase a continuous lineup of performers throughout the day and night. Guests can indulge in the traditional Cowboy Steak at Edge Steakhouse and take advantage of the new “4-5-6 Program” at all casino bars, offering $4 beers, $5 wines, and $6 cocktails. Furthermore, Westgate ensures maximum convenience with free nightly NFR live-viewing parties and its status as an official NFR Express Shuttle Stop, providing easy access to the Thomas & Mack Center.

 

Free Shows and More

The Fremont Street Experience in downtown Las Vegas will host its official 2025 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR) kickoff event, the Downtown Hoedown, on Wednesday, December 3. This free public celebration will transform the five-block entertainment district with country music performances under The Canopy. The lineup features rising star Corey Kent kicking off the evening at 5:15 p.m., followed by Canadian chart-topper Josh Ross, who recently achieved his first US No. 1 hit, and Georgia-born Mackenzie Carpenter. The night will be closed by the GRAMMY-nominated trio Midland, known for their Platinum-selling hits like “Drinkin’ Problem.” The Downtown Hoedown is designed to draw thousands of fans to the heart of downtown for a high-energy night of live music and cowboy culture to begin Rodeo Week officially.

Stoney’s Rockin’ Country, situated at Town Square, is the designated NFR after-party venue, offering a high-energy Western saloon experience complete with live music from popular country stars throughout December. The celebration, open to guests aged 18 and older, with doors opening at 7 p.m., features line dancing and mechanical bull rides. Visitors can enjoy complimentary line dance instruction offered Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., while the dedicated “Saddle Up Sundays includes partner lessons and a free line dance class at 8 p.m. The schedule boasts performers like David Adam Byrnes, Britnee Kellogg, Ricochet, and Blue Line, culminating in the Saddle Up Sundays Grand Finale Dance Showdown Competition and a Toy Drive benefiting the Fight Capital Youth Foundation on December 14.
