Since its reopening nearly a year ago under the San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority, the resort has been introducing reimagined versions of its concepts. Last month, Palms Casino Resort reintroduced The Spa at Palms. “As we approach our first full year of operations at Palms, we couldn’t be more thrilled to celebrate the official return of The Spa at Palms. We are incredibly enthusiastic about this amazingly beautiful and relaxing spa and salon as yet another hotel amenity for our guests. The multi-level spa and salon bring tranquil spaces to Las Vegas via its partnership with Trilogy Spa Holdings—one of the most prestigious spa management companies in the country. “When you are the employer of choice, you can hire the very best technicians, and you can keep them for a long, long time, which is our goal,” David Stoup, Co-Founder and Chairman of Trilogy Spa Holings, said to members of the press at the spa’s grand reopening. “That’s what we do. That’s the secret. Because if you’ve got the best technicians, then you can give flawless service to every guest every day.”
The spa operates from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, and the 17,000-square-foot space provides three floors of beauty and wellness services. The space features 15 treatment sanctuaries; a Zen Studio for yoga, meditation and events; a fitness center and a full-service salon. In addition to traditional spa and salon services, The Spa at Palms also has a unique “Spa’rty” offering for groups that book five or more 50-minute services. Spa’rties turn the average spa day into a celebration with one complimentary service enhancement, champagne and gift bags for each group member.
