SUSHISAMBA at Grand Canal Shoppes is offering the five-course Festive Taste of Samba through December 31st for 160 dollars per person, featuring a fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavors, including Ocean Trout Tiradito and Ribeye Tobanyaki with black truffle. For a luxurious end-of-year meal, Bazaar Meat Las Vegas is offering an opulent holiday tasting experience for Christmas and New Year’s Eve with signature items like Cotton Candy Foie Gras and Bushugyu A5 Japanese Wagyu. Jaleo Las Vegas is celebrating its 15th anniversary this December with a special menu featuring classic tapas from its original 2010 opening. The limited-time selection highlights authentic Spanish flavors through dishes like “Gin & Tonic” oysters, chilled almond soup with crab, and traditional Canary Island-style wrinkled potatoes.
Siegel’s 1941 at El Cortez Hotel & Casino will celebrate the holidays with two distinct special menus for guests. From December 14th through 22nd, the restaurant will serve a traditional Chanukah feast including Matzo Ball Soup and Potato Latkes, followed by a Christmas Day menu featuring Roasted Tom Turkey, Smithfield Ham, classic sides, and choice of pie.
Holiday Cocktail and Prix Fixe Menus
Casual dining spots are rolling out seasonal promotions. North Italia is running its Bar North Pole festive beverage menu through December 31st with drinks like Sweater Weather and Cocoa Claus, in addition to a $25 Holiday Lunch Prix Fixe through December 23rd. Ri Ra Irish Pub is offering a traditional Irish Christmas Dinner for $28.95 while supplies last, with choices of Roasted Turkey or Sakura smoked Jameson Honey Glazed Ham. Holsteins Shakes & Buns has introduced the extravagant Holiday Pecan Bam-Boozled Shake ($16-$20), an over-the-top milkshake topped with a full slice of pecan pie, available from December 9th to 31st.
Traditional Mexican Holiday Fare
Mexican restaurants are honoring heritage through classic holiday dishes, particularly tamales. The José Andrés Group’s China Poblano is holding its annual Tamale Festival throughout December, offering heirloom masa tamales like Tamal de Birria, with one dollar from every tamale sold benefiting the Three Square food bank. Leticia’s Cocina & Cantina is selling a variety of savory and sweet to-go tamales by the half or full dozen, encouraging customers to simplify their holiday meals. Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca at Green Valley Ranch is hosting a Grinchmas Brunch on Saturday, December 20th, with themed décor, a DJ, and a visit from the Grinch, in addition to a special Italian Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menu featuring Tuscan prime rib ($62) or branzino ($52). Grimaldi’s Pizzeria has introduced its limited-time Festive Flavors menu for winter, featuring seasonal specialties like The Duo Pizza and the Cherry Pecan Salad. Guests can also enjoy holiday-themed desserts such as two unique cheesecakes and a selection of celebratory cocktails and mocktails, available until early March.
Honey Salt, a popular farm-to-table restaurant, is honoring Jewish traditions with special Hanukkah dishes like potato latkes and brisket from December 14th to 17th. For Christmas, the restaurant offers a convenient take-out-only feast serving four, featuring a choice of slow-braised beef or honey-bourbon ham with all the classic fixings and a Yule Log dessert, available for pickup on December 24th. Meanwhile, NORMS Restaurants is simplifying holiday cooking with its to-go-only Holiday Family Meal designed to feed four for $99.99.
