With successful venues in Chicago, Boston, Houston and all around the U.K. (with numerous locations in London), Flight Club has made a name for itself with elegant venues and entertaining spaces for groups of all sizes. While darts are usually thought of as a pub activity or a bar game, Flight Club has elevated the experience for the masses with upcoming Social Darts venues in Las Vegas, Denver and Atlanta.

Flight Club Brings Social Darts to Las Vegas

Each Flight Club location features Victorian-style decor reminiscent of a British fairground, the origin place of darts. Flight Club invited us for a hosted visit at its Houston location this summer to get a first look at the experience that will soon be arriving at the Grand Canal Shoppes inside The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.

The new Flight Club Las Vegas is to be housed in a brand new, constructed space within the Grand Canal Shoppes—unlike many venues before that took over older spaces, Flight Club is set to be designed in the new custom space. “It has been an incredible process for our teams so far,” State of Play Hospitality’s U.S. President, Alan Cichon, told us. “With our design team located in the U.K., our construction team based in Chicago, and some of our team on the ground in Vegas, this new venue build has required a great amount of excellent coordination and communication, and we could not be prouder of the progress that is being made.” The Las Vegas location will be the largest Flight Club to date at over 16,000 square feet, with a private event space, 20 oches and a 27-seat carousel bar. The custom space will be designed by Alex Hobocienski at HTC Studio and Architect Ilias Soukbaev at ARIA Group Architects.

Flight Club Las Vegas will join a line-up of fantastic dining and entertainment venues within the shopping complex. “The Grand Canal Shoppes is a destination all on its own, both for retail and entertainment,” Cichon said. “Being centered inside The Venetian Resort, which is the largest five-diamond resort on the Las Vegas Strip, its location on Las Vegas Boulevard provides us with a prime spot on the Strip and will allow for convenient access for all of our guests. We feel our concept will complement what’s already in the Shoppes very well and will add to a really diverse array of over 160 premium stores, F&B concepts and entertainment.” While Las Vegas is home to numerous shopping, entertainment and dining options of all kinds, Flight Club will be the first darts-specific location in Las Vegas.

If you’re expecting standard pub grub and bar food at Flight Club, you’re in for a surprise. The Houston location featured numerous imaginative bites like yuzu guacamole, lobster elote and pork belly bao buns. The beverage menu included refreshing cocktails, mocktails and a large selection of beer and wine. The Las Vegas location will be customized especially for the market. “We will have a different menu for Las Vegas that will provide elevated food and beverage offerings created to appeal specifically to the diverse guests that travel to Las Vegas,” Cichon told us. “We’ve added some really creative and premium items we are excited to share soon!”
