Las Vegas restaurants are rolling out a spectacular array of themed dining events and exclusive menus to celebrate the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX, offering fans a luxurious and often interactive culinary experience. From world-class steaks and seafood to Michelin-level Asian cuisine and Spanish paella classes, the city’s top culinary talent is ensuring the weekend is as much a feast for the palate as it is for the eyes.

Premium Race Viewing and All-Inclusive Packages

Several establishments are maximizing their prime locations to offer all-inclusive viewing and dining events:

  • Sushi Roku Las Vegas is hosting its third annual Race Weekend Celebration (November 20th–22nd), offering specialized packages with premium trackside views. For the main race on Saturday, packages range from $500 for General Admission to $2,000 for Platinum VIP access, all of which include an unlimited buffet and open bar. Friday’s qualifying race also offers all-inclusive options starting at $250.
  • Buddy V’s Ristorante at The Grand Canal Shoppes is hosting The Big Race Watch Party on Saturday, November 22nd, at 8 p.m. For $200 per person, guests receive excellent track views, live carving stations, and an open bar.
  • Flight Club Las Vegas offers a social viewing experience on Saturday for $295 (early bird), which includes two hours of bottomless food, drinks, and desserts, along with Social Darts and a live DJ.
  • For a high-end casual viewing option, The X Pot is presenting a Bar Watch Party (November 20th–22nd) where $48 per person secures unlimited bar snacks, small appetizers, and a signature cocktail.

Signature Menus and Chef-Driven Experiences

Top chefs and luxury venues are creating exclusive, limited-time menus and interactive events tailored for the race enthusiast:

  • La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas is offering a refined, three-course prix-fixe dinner menu from Friday, November 21st, through Sunday, November 23rd. Designed by Culinary Director William DeMarco, the menu includes options like hamachi and tuna crudo, a four-ounce lobster tail, and a main choice of an eight-ounce filet mignon or seven-ounce sea bass.
  • ONE Steakhouse at Virgin Hotels is offering an extravagant feast, including the Tomahawk Feast, an 18-pound USDA prime steak slow-roasted overnight and carved tableside for large groups. The bar will also serve race-inspired cocktails, all priced at $18, such as the Speeding Bulleit and the Ferrari Margarita.
  • The José Andrés Group is generating excitement with several culinary events: on Saturday, November 22nd, the first 200 guests to arrive early at Bazaar Mar will receive a complimentary Philly Cheesesteak. That morning, Jaleo will host an intimate, hands-on Paella Class with José Andrés himself, priced at $325 per person. Bar Centro will also host Sips & Sounds, featuring discounted drinks and appetizers, on Friday and Saturday afternoons.
  • SUSHISAMBA is debuting a Big Race Menu (November 20th–22nd) featuring specialty dishes, including Lobster Tempura and a shareable Robata Anticucho Platter ($200).
  • Momofuku at The Cosmopolitan will be a culinary media hub on Friday, November 21st. Founder David Chang will record his video podcast, The Dave Chang Show, live during lunch. That evening, the restaurant will serve a special, opulent dinner featuring a raw bar, caviar, and a flavorful whole short rib carved directly at the table, with Chef Chang on-site.

Casual and Affordable Options

Even more accessible options feature multi-course deals:

  • Mercato Della Pescheria is offering distinct three-course prix-fixe menus from November 20th to 22nd. The lunch special is priced affordably at $29, while the Italian seafood dinner experience is available for $58, featuring options such as Spicy Shrimp and Snapper alla Griglia.

Tableside Service and Happy Hour Specials

The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace is enhancing its dining experience throughout the race week with exclusive tableside preparations and generous happy hour offerings:

  • Guests at restaurants like The Palm can savor de-shelled lobster and carved steak cut tableside, while Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab will debone Dover Sole tableside and cut their 1.5 lb King Crab right at the table. The Palm also features happy hour highlights like mini meatballs and oysters on the half shell Sunday through Friday from 3–5:30 p.m.
  • For a touch of culinary theater, RPM Italian offers Spumoni Torta Meringata finished with flambé tableside. RPM Italian is also offering signature cocktails and Cicchetti (small appetizers) on weekdays from 3–5 p.m.
  • True Food Kitchen provides discounted appetizers, pizzas, and cocktails on weekdays from 3–6 p.m., alongside a Smoked Show Cocktail enveloped in hickory smoke tableside.
