The newly renovated casino has gone all out with this new lounge, complete with fire pits on the terrace and a display of branded gold bars for an especially luxe vibe. Try cocktails from the “Radiant & Refreshing” section like the “Sunset Spritz” with Aperol, Schofferhofer Grapefruit Hefeweizen, Fever-Tree club soda and fresh lime sour, or the “Rich & Refined” section like the “Dirty Thoughts” made with Montenaro Ross, Wild Turkey 101 rye and Cynar. In addition to their mixology program, there are also Sunset Packages and craft cocktail courses to mix up some fun on your night out.

Skyfall Lounge

For a nightcap with elegance, head to The Delano and shoot up to the 63rd floor in their glass elevator to Skyfall Lounge. Much like the name implies, it’s a stylish and swanky spot you can imagine James Bond would visit, complete with sumptuous jewel-tone furniture and a gorgeous Strip view backdrop. The patio has heaters for cooler weather, and the menu features both food and drink options. As the evening progresses, the space often gets more crowded, with a resident DJ handling house music from 9 p.m. onward to pump up the energy on the dance floor. The bar has a fun variety of innovative cocktails like the “Obscura,” which features vanilla and a mix of orange & spice apéritif Aperol and the “Half Light,” a beer cocktail with almond and citrus flavors, floral hops and some tiki inspiration.

The highest rooftop bar on our list is Allē Lounge on 66 at Resorts World Las Vegas, tucked into the top of the new Resorts World property. With an upscale-casual dress code and elegant decor, the bar showcases the view with panoramic windows and offers a personalized touch of service. Tableside cocktail service is the way to go here, especially if you gravitate towards a good Old Fashioned. Their small plates menu features modern twists on Vegas staples, like beef tartare with truffle and black garlic or shrimp cocktail and oysters.
