For the visionaries behind the project, securing this premier location was a milestone moment. As Jason Strauss, co-CEO of Tao Group Hospitality, shared during the opening, the significance of expanding their flagship brand onto this exact stretch of real estate cannot be overstated.
“Omnia is our highest-grossing, most successful brand we have in the portfolio. We have over 60 venues worldwide and 12 brands. And Omnia is our most successful, gross revenue-wise,” said Strauss. “So we’ve been looking desperately to expand the brand. And when Caesars came to us with this amazing piece of real estate on Las Vegas Boulevard to extend the experience and make a day club, which is so prominent here in Las Vegas. Las Vegas is the day club capital of the world. For us to be able to take our best brands to a world-class location and do a day club. It seemed too good to be true, and it was the perfect marriage. It is.”
A Coastal Escape in the Heart of the Desert
Designed by the internationally acclaimed Rockwell Group, the venue’s aesthetic completely reimagines the traditional Las Vegas pool deck. The architecture draws heavily on the sun-soaked, high-end beaches of luxury Mediterranean destinations like Ibiza and Mykonos. Though Las Vegas typically draws heavily on thematic elements, those found at OMNIA Dayclub are subtle and classy; words not often associated with the city.
Instead of neon flash, the space leans into understated elegance. Natural, earthy tones dominate the color palette, punctuated by rich touches that infuse an exotic, European resort feel right onto the Strip. The design manages to be both lavish and remarkably grounded, striking a sophisticated balance that sets a new standard for poolside luxury.
Positioned right along Las Vegas Boulevard, the venue boasts some of the most spectacular, unobstructed panoramic views of the Strip in the city. The seamless integration of prime real estate and premium design was an opportunity the hospitality giants knew was extraordinary from the very start.
“We’re blown away to have this real estate. To be honest, when Caesars came to us with the idea, my partner and I had to pinch ourselves. We couldn’t even believe the opportunity was there,” Strauss recalled. “And we had to put on a game face because we couldn’t even believe they were serious. And I thought they were almost fooling us at one point because it was too good to be true. But it really makes sense for them. Having an entertainment complex like this only adds so much more amenity and value to their property. So it’s a perfect marriage, and we’ve been together for so long as a nightclub and property partner. That this is only an obvious next step.”

However, coordinated efforts between the brand, ownership, and local officials allowed the breathtaking venue to open its doors on a remarkably aggressive timeline.
Reflecting on the journey to opening day, the leadership expressed immense gratitude for the local support that turned the ambitious blueprint into reality in record time.
“It took a year to get this done. I cannot thank municipalities and all of the key people in the city and partners who seem to really support us to get here,” Strauss noted. “What an unbelievable accomplishment. And to get us here within a year and on time. We couldn’t be more excited here.”
