The weather is heating up and outdoor activities are all around! Enjoy some retail therapy in the great outdoors too. From fresh produce to trendy clothes, these outdoor markets provide primo shopping opportunities while catching some rays.

SoWa Open Market
The city’s coolest outdoor market is held Sundays in the back of the South End. An ever-changing group of artisans sell their wares, allowing customers to sample hand-crafted foodstuffs and meet the artists, designers, chefs and farmers behind the items on offer. Some of the city’s most popular food trucks are on hand as well.

Copley Square Farmers Market
Enjoy local produce, fine jams and jellies, freshly baked breads, and a bevy of other delectable treats at this well-located farmers market. Held Tuesdays and Fridays, it’s a popular lunch spot among area workers and residents.

Faneuil Hall Marketplace
Dozens of pushcarts tempt shoppers with an assortment of gift ideas, from the obscure (handbags made up entirely of zippers) to the obvious (tourist T-shirts, ice cream). With such a variety on offer, finding a gift for even the most picky of friends is a snap.
