Shula’s Steak House
Located in Walt Disney World’s Swan and Dolphin Resort, Shula’s Steak House, named for Don Shula, one of the winningest coaches in football history, is themed after the Miami Dolphin’s “perfect season” in 1972. Photos of the legendary season adorn the wood paneled walls in the space, which has recently undergone a refresh. Shula’s serves aged premium Black Angus beef in a custom center cut to create the “Shula Cut.” You’ll also find a legendary 48-ounce porterhouse on the menu—if you clean your plate you’ll join Shula’s 48-ounce club, which has almost 35,000 members. You’ll also find a decent selection of seafood, including lobster, oysters, sea scallops and salmon.

Morton’s The Steakhouse
Morton’s The Steakhouse serves USDA Prime beef aged 23-28 days that is custom-cut for all Morton’s locations. The Orlando location offers “Power Hour” every day of the week from 5-6:30 pm and 9 pm-close with special drink prices and $6 bar bites such as oysters on the half shell and mini crab cake BLTs. For dinner, find every cut of steak as well as lamb, veal and seafood such as the honey-balsamic glazed Ora King salmon and the miso marinated sea bass. Sides include tasty twists on classics like bacon and onion mac and cheese and parmesan and truffle matchstick fries.

Palm Restaurant
Find the Palm Restaurant inside the Hard Rock Hotel at the Universal Orlando Theme Park. The walls are decorated with lively caricatures, continuing a tradition that started with the original New York City location. The Palm’s steaks are made from corn-fed USDA Prime beef, aged for a minimum of 35 days and topped with parsley butter. On the menu, you’ll also find seafood, including lobster, crab cakes and certified-sustainable fish; Italian specialties such as veal marsala; and gourmet sides such as the duck-fat-roasted parmesan and rosemary fingerling potatoes.

Jack’s Place
Jack’s Place is named after Jack Rosen, the father of Rosen Hotels’ President, Harris Rosen. Jack Rosen was a prolific caricature artist, creating over 100,000 caricatures during his lifetime, and a select number are displayed in Jack’s Place restaurant. Located in the Rosen Plaza Hotel, Jack’s Place serves steaks that have been aged at least 21 days alongside horseradish, herbs and butter. The menu also offers specialties such as the marcona almond crusted pork chop, veal ossobuco wild mushroom risotto, sesame crusted tuna and lobster tail.

Bull & Bear
Located in the Waldorf Astoria, an official Disney World Hotel, Bull & Bear features reimagined classics like wagyu carpaccio, pan seared foie gras, fried chicken and escargot and gnocchi. The signature tomahawk ribeye is dry aged for 32 days, and the beef short rib is Syrah wine slow-braised on the bone. Steak additions include foie gras, jumbo lump crab and lobster tail and sauces range from peppercorn sauce to truffle red wine sauce. The dessert menu stands out with choices like the crème brûléé flambé.

Christner’s Prime Steak & Lobster
Christner’s Prime Steak & Lobster serves corn-fed USDA Prime beef, wet-aged and cut to order, and cold-water lobster. The most impressive aspect of this steakhouse is their immense wine collection, with more than 4,500 bottles. They even offer a wine locker program—rent a locker and purchase your favorite bottles to store in Christner’s climate-controlled wine cellar and you won’t have to pay any corkage fees when you enjoy your bottle over dinner. Besides steak and lobster, you’ll also find Beef Wellington, veal, lamb and seafood such as salmon, shrimp and grouper on the menu.

Le Cellier
Le Cellier inside Disney World’s Epcot is themed like a Canadian chateau and offers cuisine to match. You’ll find maple-flavored items galore, such as the maple whiskey-glazed Brussels sprouts and maple crème brûléé, as well as three different poutine selections. The signature Le Cellier Filet Mignon is made from AAA Canadian tenderloin and the menu also offers char-crusted USDA Prime ribeye and steak and frites.

Kres Chophouse
Kres Chophouse’s sleek red and black décor creates a lounge-like atmosphere. It stands apart for offering a $40 prix fixe vegan menu that includes a decadent cashew blueberry lavender cheesecake. A gluten-free menu is also available, making this place a great choice for people with dietary restrictions. The regular meat-loving menu offers classic steaks house aged and hand cut. Other menu items include seafood and classics like filet wellington, duck and veal. The lunch menu has sandwiches and grilled selections like salmon and New York strip steak.

Ocean Prime
Located in the Rialto at Sand Lake and created by restauranteur Cameron Mitchell, Ocean Prime offers a little bit of everything so that all diners will be satisfied. The steaks are broiled at 1200 degrees to seal in flavor; steak “accessories” include black truffle butter, wild mushrooms and brie, and béarnaise sauce. The menu also offers sushi; raw selections like oysters; seafood including lobster, king crab and ahi tuna; chicken and lamb; and sides including parmesan truffle fries, smoked gouda tater tots, and black truffle mac and cheese.
