Though many Korean BBQ restaurants focus on quantity with all-you-can-eat varieties of sub-standard meats, ATTI focuses on the caliber of the meat that’s served. “At ATTI, the quality of the meat is paramount, with only the finest cuts selected for the grill,” Oh explained. “Each dish is perfectly paired with a carefully curated selection of side dishes (known as banchan) that enhance the flavors of the meat without overpowering it. From the mouth-watering stews to the fluffy steamed egg, every banchan dish is crafted with precision and care.”
In addition to the quality selection of meats, ATTI provides a beverage program that pairs perfectly with your meal. “Our beverage program includes various options that pair well with the flavors of our menu, such as premium soju, makgeolli, crisp Korean beer, sweet Korean rice wine, and even sakesake. We take great care to ensure that our drinks complement and enhance the flavors of our dishes.” Oh suggests pairing the makgeolli with spicy and salty flavors, Korean beer with strong flavors, Rice wine with spicy dishes and sakesake, which pairs well with the sauces.
