Why Las Vegas is the Perfect Destination for Super Bowl LVIII

Get ready, football fans, because Super Bowl LVIII is almost here, and it will be one for the books! This year, Las Vegas will be hosting the biggest game of the year, and it promises to be an unforgettable experience. The Las Vegas Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee has been working tirelessly to bring fans from all over the world a week filled with amazing events, community initiatives, and, of course, football!

One of the most exciting aspects of the Super Bowl LVIII is the role of volunteers in the TEAM LV program. Over 8,100 volunteers have been accepted into this program, and they will serve as ambassadors for the city of Las Vegas. They will be responsible for guiding visitors, providing recommendations, and enhancing the overall fan experience during the Super Bowl Week activities. These volunteers will showcase the exceptional hospitality synonymous with Las Vegas and make every fan and visitor feel like a VIP.

“Nobody in this country, in my opinion, is going to do a better job to me than Las Vegas. Not to say that the two previous Super Bowls were just terrific, but we’re going to set the standard. This town, this organization, Steve Hill at the LVCVA,” CHair of the Las Vegas Super Bowl Host Committee Board of Directors, Maury Gallagher, said to members of the press. “This is what we’re set up to do. I was talking recently when I was in Phoenix; there aren’t many places where, within a two-mile walk, you can get to 120,000 hotel rooms, so that type of standard is going to be a touch for others to beat. We have to do the work, and we’ve got a great host committee and great staff. They’re up to the job.”

“This is so exciting to have the Super Bowl in my hometown of Las Vegas,” Co-Chair Sandra Douglas Morgan remarked. “And the executive committee is definitely dedicated to making sure that the impact of the Super Bowl does not just end in the game. We’re committed to ensuring that we’re inclusive of diverse and women-owned businesses. We’ve already engaged in student enrichment programs and sustainability efforts that we will continue to meet and exceed at Allegiant Stadium. This is just the beginning.”
