The Prettiest Brunches in Las Vegas

While most people associate Las Vegas with casinos, flashy stage productions and all-night parties, they don’t realize that Las Vegas also really loves brunch. Since our city doesn’t do anything by halves, our brunches are also some of the prettiest ones you’ll find. From gorgeous dining rooms to menu items that are (almost) too stunning to eat, you’re sure to find a great photo op at these ten brunches on the Las Vegas Strip.

Sugar Factory

Located at Harmon Corner, Sugar Factory is known for its crazy dessert confections and gigantic bowl cocktails. The restaurant also has a pretty colorful breakfast/brunch menu served from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. daily. While brunch may concentrate on the sweeter side here (it’s called Sugar Factory, after all), there are definitely a few great options for savory lovers. If you’re looking for a real showstopper, check out the “Insane Double Stack Rainbow Pancakes.”

CATCH

One of the most picturesque spots in town is wowing visitors with their fun brunch menu. I visited CATCH at ARIA Resort & Casino for a hosted press tasting and found a fun mix of flavors. There are the standard menu items (like the “Catch Roll,” “Truffle Sashimi,” and the “A5 Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu”) and unique twists on breakfast favorites (“Cinnamon Roll Pancakes” and the “Anytime Waffle Tower” were both standouts in the sweet department). Request seating in one of the birdcage booths for the optimal Instagram setting.

Border Grill

For the indecisive group, Border Grill at Mandalay Bay provides a fantastic solution. The set brunch price for the Border Brunch includes unlimited small plates of a large selection of brunch items. I taste-tested a selection of items during a hosted press tasting and was pleased to see that the brunch selection included various tastes like the “Steak and Egg,” the “Peruvian Shrimp and Grits” and the “Avocado Salmon Toast.” The plates are perfect for a significant taste of each item and small enough so you can order multiple items to try. A bottomless beverage add-on is available as well and includes micheladas, mimosas and bloody marys.

Bardot Brasserie

For classic French fare, Bardot Brasserie inside ARIA Las Vegas provides a stunning ambiance with delicious cuisine from Chef Michael Mina. Start your meal with traditional appetizers like the “Escargots En Croute” and items from the raw bar. Main courses include twists on brunch classics like the “Hunter’s Waffle” (with duck confit) and the “Bardot Quiche.” Bardot Brasserie also has a wide selection of brunch cocktails to complete your experience.

Brezza

Located inside the brand new Resorts World Las Vegas, Brezza brings some fresh flavors and unique brunch options to the Las Vegas Strip. I visited the restaurants for a hosted preview of their brunch line-up where we tried familiar items like the “Heirloom Tomato” (while it sounds unassuming, this modern version is entirely out of the ordinary) and new tastes; like the “Cod & Potato Cake.” The “Housemade Waffles” might sound standard, but these waffles are an Instagram dream, while the tiramisu is an elevated take on the classic Italian dessert (get your cameras out if you want to capture the caramel pour).

LPM Restaurant & Bar

Inspired by the French Riviera, the brunch at LPM Restaurant & Bar offers a sophisticated and communal dining experience. The atmosphere is bright and lively, with a sun-drenched dining room and an outdoor terrace perfect for animated conversation. The menu features a mix of French and Mediterranean flavors, with dishes crafted for sharing, such as fried eggs with truffles and steak with foie gras sauce. Patrons can also enjoy an array of signature cocktails, and the lively ambiance is sometimes enhanced by a live DJ. The focus on vibrant flavors, flowing drinks, and a spirited setting makes for a perfect weekend gathering with friends.

STK

With the low lighting and upbeat music, STK Steakhouse at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas brings a lounge-like ambiance to the brunch scene. Primarily an upscale steakhouse, brunch at STK would clearly be above par. During a recently hosted media event, we tried out exclusive offerings like the “Lobster and Eggs Benedict” and the “Truffle Steak and Eggs,” you don’t have to save the premium eats for evenings. The booths are also separated with plexiglass for an added safety measure, so feel free to nosh and sip comfortably. Make sure to save room for dessert- STK Steakhouse has some of the best donuts in town.

Spago

For a true Las Vegas spectacle, you can’t miss the Fountains of Bellagio. Brunch at Spago inside Bellagio Las Vegas allows you to enjoy the show and cuisine from one of the most renowned chefs in the world. Live music, modern brunch dishes (like the “Bacon and Egg Pizza” or the “Hanger Steak ‘Tartine’”) and the stunning view of the famous fountains combine for a beautiful dining experience.
