Summer at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
Looking for a fun and effective way to stay fit while enjoying a breathtaking view of the Strip? Look no further than poolside fitness classes! Every first and third Friday at 7 a.m., The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas offers Sunrise Yoga—a high-intensity workout that will leave you feeling energized and strong. The Yin-style Yoga is a gentle yet powerful practice that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. For just $25 per person, including a mat, towel and water, you can enjoy a fantastic workout with modifications available for every fitness level. Even with modifications, we felt refreshed after the class, and seeing the Strip so quiet in the morning was a rare treat. And after class, celebrate your accomplishments with a delicious brunch at the Overlook Grill.
Dive In Movies at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas are the perfect way to spend your Monday evenings this summer! Enjoy the beautiful outdoor weather while watching classic films like The Goonies, Footloose and Grease, or enjoy family films like The Parent Trap and Luca. For those who prefer action-packed blockbusters, Jurassic World: Dominion and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever are also on the lineup. Doors open at 7 p.m., and the movies start at 8 p.m. Movies will be shown on a 65-foot digital marquee, and the pool deck offers amazing views of the Las Vegas Strip. If you’re hoping to stay dry, book a poolside daybed or a cabana to enjoy the evening. Hotel guests and Identity members get two free admissions, while non-hotel guests are $15 per person, and Las Vegas locals are $10 per person. Military personnel and first responders get free admission.
Join in on the fun every Friday at North Bar at Boulevard Pool from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. for Sunset Cocktail Hour! As you unwind with a signature cocktail, enjoy the stunning view of the sunset high above The Las Vegas Strip. To satisfy your taste buds, indulge in a unique food menu with shareable items such as Caprese Bruschetta, Shrimp Toast, Korean Fried Cauliflower, Mini Smash Burgers, and Fruit Bowls. To add to the ambiance, a live DJ will entertain you with great music all evening long. This is the perfect opportunity to relax and savor the moment with friends and loved ones. Beverage options include the Daquiri Clasico, the Vivian Ward and the XO-XO.
“What we’re looking to do with creating the Sunset Cocktail Hour program this year is to really evoke a theme and destination and a feeling—what better destination to do that than here? This is the best view in town,” Resort Mixologist Andrew Pollard said to invited guests at the opening night of Sunset Cocktail Hour. “When we typically think of daiquiris, we think of long frozen drinks that are really sweet and painfully crippling hangovers the next day. Here we’re going to actually be doing a freshly shaken daiquiri and a few variations of that.”
