Reality and Fantasy Blend at Particle Ink in Las Vegas

Particle Ink is more than just an art show; it’s an enchanting journey that blurs the lines between reality and fantasy. The show’s new home at Luxor Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas elevates the show, allowing visitors the chance to truly experience this spectacular piece of immersive art. Imagine walking into a space where physical and digital realms merge seamlessly, whisking you into a world of magic and wonder. The space is meant to be explored, and as you wander, you leave behind the physical world (the wedding chapel) and enter an imaginary world (the 2.5th Dimension).

Immersive Art at Its Best at Particle Ink

“We had a few of the MGM folks come in during our time Downtown and some of them several times, and they loved it,” Jennifer Tuft, Co-CEO and Founder of Kaleidoco/Particle Ink told us. “We started talking to them and to others throughout Vegas about where we wanted to expand Particle Ink and make a more prominent home. We loved the team at MGM; we felt really supported by them. We felt really excited about all the opportunities to build and grow with them. So we set off on our way.”

Even if you had previously seen the show at its DTLV home, this new chapter of Particle Ink is an elevated experience that tells the Particle Ink story in a more elaborate way. Taking over the wedding chapel at Luxor, the space lends a completely new level of immersion. “The space is so interesting as it is, and when we came in to build the 2.5th dimension into this already existing wedding chapel and the wedding chapel became the House of Shattered Prisms, that story and that artistic sensibility is totally prominent everywhere you look in that venue,” Tuft said of the space.

“I think my favorite aspects of it are honestly all the small details, so the longer you spend in that venue, the more you come back to it, the more you discover the heart and the soul and the story of Particle Ink, of the characters, how they’re interconnected. There’s so much discovery there. I really love that this—as opposed to our old space, which was a large garage or warehouse-style structure—really enables people to have intimate and sort of deeper moments and really set into the characters, their journeys, and the story.”

Visitors are immediately immersed in the art of Particle Ink upon walking through the doors. While the former space was beautifully designed, the new space lent a significantly larger canvas to the artists. Advanced technology and artistic brilliance coalesce to turn the environment into a living, breathing wonderland of creativity. From hypnotic light displays to immersive storytelling, Particle Ink captivates your senses and leaves you awestruck, making you feel as though you’ve stepped into a dream.

“We started building into the venue around February, but our artistic planning started long before that,” Tuft explained. “We ran this in the Arts District Downtown in 2022, and we were really able to take a lot of what we developed there and kind of move it into this space and then expand upon it. Where we are plays a big role creatively into what you see when you walk into that space and what you experience from the storytelling perspective and from an artistic perspective.”
