French people don’t eat fancy food every day; they eat well-prepared, honest food. Some of the recipes on our menu are inspired by my grandmother’s cooking, dishes I grew up with, like shepherd’s pie. That sense of nostalgia and authenticity is what I wanted to bring to Las Vegas.”

The quality is the same as what you’d find on the Strip—just without the inflated price.”
