High-End Mixology and Festive Flavors

Las Vegas bars are embracing the winter season with elaborate, limited-time cocktail programs, featuring festive flavors and sophisticated mixology across the Strip and Arts District.

Opulent and Elegant Holiday Pours

Several upscale lounges are offering inventive, holiday-inspired drink menus. Rosina Cocktail Lounge is celebrating through Christmas Day with a limited menu of elegant pours, including the indulgent S’more Old Fashioned with bourbon and toasted marshmallow ($25), a Christmas Cookie Martini ($22), and a White Christmas Margarita ($20). Liam’s Den & Bubble Bar is featuring its most comprehensive seasonal program yet, with a Holiday Cocktail Collection that includes Instagram-worthy drinks like the White Margarita and Grinch Mimosa ($22 each), plus an Espresso Martini Tasting Tree ($55). At Wynn Las Vegas, Master Mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini is showcasing creations like the coconut and rum-based Winter Wonderland Coquito at Casa Playa and the mulled Yuletide Mulled Wine at PISCES Bar & Seafare, alongside signature Hot Chocolate Bombs in three spirited flavors at The Cocktail Collection. The Chandelier is hosting a ‘Tis the Season pop-up that features a unique weekly collaboration spotlighting top mixologists from the Arts District, offering an exclusive holiday cocktail menu. Those exploring the Strip can also make a stop at the Close Company speakeasy inside Via Via Food Hall at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas for spirited drinks like the Cranberry Rickey, Elk River Sour, and Peppermint Nog, which are specially priced at $10 for hotel guests and locals, but cost $16 for others. Through the end of December, Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca is offering a striking Espresso Martini Tree featuring six full-sized cocktails in a festive, tiered display.

Cozy and Intimate Winter Lounges

Arts District bars are providing intimate escapes with warm, craft-focused menus. Doberman Drawing Room is running itsDeck the Halls at Dobermanevent, featuring elegant seasonal decor and winter-inspired cocktails like the tequila-basedCranpusand the eggnog-styleSleigh Ride Nog,in addition to a zero-proof option. Nocturno Cocktail Bar, known for its classic approach, is serving a limited-time festive menu with imaginative drinks such as the creamy Banana Nog, the tequila-based Apple Swizzle, and a traditional Puerto Rican Coquito. The secretive Wax Rabbit Speakeasy will also be transformed for the season with Christmas décor and a specialty cocktail menu available through December 27th. Nudo Italiano in Southern Highlands is marking its inaugural holiday season with festive offerings like a $16 gingerbread martini and cranberry mimosas available through December 31. Guests can also enjoy a popular weekend brunch featuring Italian-inspired specialties such as short rib hash and tiramisu pancakes alongside the restaurant’s signature handmade pastas and wood-fired pizzas.

Themed and High-Energy Cocktails

High-energy venues are injecting holiday themes into their party atmosphere. Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, transforming intoMiracle on Easy St.,is offering a unique lineup through December 31st, including the silkyNaughty Gingerbreadcocktail ($29) and the decadent Bumpy Sleigh Ride shot paired with a caviar bump ($35). Cabo Wabo Cantina has reintroduced a trio of festive favorites that blend rock-and-roll flair with holiday flavors, such as the Warm Apple Cider made with Spiced Rum and Fireball, and the Fireside with Mezcal and a toasted marshmallow. For those venturing downtown, theDashing Through the Barscrawl features five specialty holiday drinks across various venues, including the bourbon-basedJingle Bittersat Overhang Bar, all supporting the local nonprofit Opportunity Village. The Golden Tiki is celebrating the season with festive tiki-themed decorations, a full schedule of spirited events throughout December, and a new holiday cocktail menu. Guests can enjoy seasonal drinks like the Gingerbread Daiquiri and the Balls of Jolly, which is offered with a collectible souvenir glass, while attending special events such as appearances by the Grinch and Mrs. Claus, the Shrunken Head Contest, and a New Year’s Eve countdown.

Charitable Sips

The LINQ Promenade is celebrating the spirit of giving this holiday season with a charitable Tito’s Espresso Martini initiative at nine participating venues, including Yard House and Flour & Barley. For every Tito’s Martini sold between November 1st and December 31st, Tito’s Handmade Vodka will donate one dollar, contributing a total of 30,000 dollars to be split equally among three local charities: Heaven Can Wait, Kline Veteran’s, and Three Square Food Bank.
