At Wynn Las Vegas, Master Mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini is showcasing creations like the coconut and rum-based Winter Wonderland Coquito at Casa Playa and the mulled Yuletide Mulled Wine at PISCES Bar & Seafare, alongside signature Hot Chocolate Bombs in three spirited flavors at The Cocktail Collection. Guests can also enjoy a popular weekend brunch featuring Italian-inspired specialties such as short rib hash and tiramisu pancakes alongside the restaurant’s signature handmade pastas and wood-fired pizzas.

High-energy venues are injecting holiday themes into their party atmosphere. Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, transforming into “Miracle on Easy St.,” is offering a unique lineup through December 31st, including the silky “Naughty Gingerbread” cocktail ($29) and the decadent Bumpy Sleigh Ride shot paired with a caviar bump ($35). The Golden Tiki is celebrating the season with festive tiki-themed decorations, a full schedule of spirited events throughout December, and a new holiday cocktail menu. Charitable Sips
The LINQ Promenade is celebrating the spirit of giving this holiday season with a charitable Tito’s Espresso Martini initiative at nine participating venues, including Yard House and Flour & Barley. For every Tito’s Martini sold between November 1st and December 31st, Tito’s Handmade Vodka will donate one dollar, contributing a total of 30,000 dollars to be split equally among three local charities: Heaven Can Wait, Kline Veteran’s, and Three Square Food Bank.
