Coffee Shop Vibes at The Parlour in Las Vegas

‘The Parlour from Executive Chef and Owner Antonio Nunez opened its doors to the public just last month. Located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas, The Parlour offers a unique elevated fast-casual breakfast concept, blending the best of a neighborhood coffee house with the conveniences of a quick cup of coffee. The restaurant offers an array of unique breakfast items, such as chorizo and egg tacos, bacon-wrapped dates, and Nutella-stuffed French toast.

“The Parlour’s uniqueness comes from its over-the-top menu,” Nunez told us. “We are a fast-casual breakfast restaurant that combines everything me and my family love about visiting various coffee shops around town. We developed and elevated specialty drinks, and I was able to procure my own bean roast. I aim to mimic the guest experience that I previously developed at The Stove. The food is made to be enjoyed on the go without compromising quality. No other coffee shop offers chef-inspired food, high-quality hand-roasted coffee, great ambiance and a drive-thru.”

Much of the coffee menu is cleverly split between “basic” and “not so basic,” with various coffee and tea offerings in both categories. The beverage menu also includes hot chocolate, nitro syphons and numerous other drinks. The food menu consists of appetizers, salads, soups, breakfast sandwiches, lunch items, crepes and vegan options.

“The menu is built around a sit-down concept but served in a fast-casual style,” Nunez explained. “It took some determination to not sacrifice quality, so we adapted. We turned Benedicts into sandwiches, on-the-go breakfast bowls, and fresh pastries made in-house daily. The coffee is custom roasted, and we anticipate incorporating a full bar to make adult coffees.”

“The space is quaint and made to be a quick service cafe,” Nunez said of the space. “We decorated using roses, live plants, and red and black hues throughout to give the space a warm, comforting feeling. There is also a live-action crepe station where you can witness your custom creation come to life. “The Parlour is the perfect spot for busy people on the go who still want to enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast. The restaurant’s convenient location and hours of operation make it easy to stop by for a quick bite before work or school. Regular hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days per week.
