Las Vegas is pulling out all the stops for Cinco de Mayo 2026. From massive downtown block parties and Strip-side marathons to luxury cigar pairings and high-altitude rooftop soirees, the city is transforming into a week-long fiesta.

Major Block Parties & Festivals

Fremont Street Experience: Downtown Fiesta

The heart of downtown becomes a street-wide fiesta on May 5. From noon to 2 a.m., all three iconic stages will feature nonstop Latin entertainment.

  • The Lineup: Performances by The Outlaw Mariachi, Banda Desierto, and Mariachi Daniel Franco, plus traditional folklórico dancers and DJs.

  • The Vibe: A high-energy block party with outdoor bars spanning the entire district.

The Plaza Hotel & Casino: Carousel Bar Bash

Starting at 4 p.m., the Plaza hosts downtown’s largest party under the Main Street dome.

  • Entertainment: DJ Exodus spinning Latin hits and top radio tracks.

  • The Highlights: Take a selfie inside the largest piñata in Vegas and visit the festive photo house.

  • Food & Drink: Fresh churros from Churros 101, street tacos, and $11 Modelo drafts.

The LINQ Promenade: Strip-Side Celebration

A weekend-long lineup (May 1–5) featuring food, comedy, and music.

  • Chayo Mexican Kitchen: Mariachi performances daily (12–2 p.m. & 7–9 p.m.) and “Latin Nights” starting at midnight on Friday and Saturday.

  • Unique Eats: Try the Haute Dog Burrito at Haute Doggery or the Taco Pizza at Flour and Barley.

Borracha Mexican Cantina

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo and Borracha’s 10-year anniversary simultaneously.

Start the day early (7 a.m. – 2 p.m.) with the Jalap-eño Business Omelet ($17) and Mid-Day Margs ($14).

Eight Lounge (Resorts World): Tequila & Cigars

For a sophisticated celebration, Eight offers a $65 holiday flight featuring Lalo Blanco, Patrón El Alto, and 3 Tres Añejo.

Legacy Club (Circa): Cinco on 60th
