As the days get shorter and the weather gets cooler, the excitement for fall flavors is beginning to emerge in Las Vegas. Whether it’s the warm and comforting spices of pumpkin, nutmeg, and cinnamon or the hearty and savory taste of roasted meats and root vegetables, there are plenty of mouth-watering and enticing fall menu changes to indulge in around the city. With various restaurants showcasing their creative and innovative culinary skills, there’s no better way to satisfy your taste buds and enjoy the essence of the season. As autumn finally arrives, Founders Coffee is proud to present its new collection of warm and inviting flavors. Their fall coffee flight offers four unique signature tastes that are perfect for the season. Indulge in a rich Banana Bread Latte with notes of banana, hazelnut, cinnamon, white chocolate, and espresso. Or try the Caramel Apple Chai, a frothy blend of apple, chai tea, and caramel drizzle that is topped with whipped cream. For something a little more daring, sip on the Salted Pumpkin Brûlée Cold Brew, which beautifully blends vanilla cold brew with salted pumpkin cold foam and torched sugar on top. Lastly, there is the Biscoff Latte, a perfect marriage of Biscoff butter, brown butter syrup, espresso, milk, and a cookie on top. Each flavor has been carefully crafted with the utmost attention given to the ingredients and preparation. The Founders Coffee team is eager to share their love of coffee and support for local businesses with anyone who stops by. So, swing by and enjoy the warm and comforting flavors of the season.

Topgolf Las Vegas is upping its food game with 15 new menu items that will have foodies and casual diners salivating. The dishes, created by Executive Chef Chris Vaughn, span a range of flavors and cuisines, taking classic bar food to the next level. Guests can indulge in bites and shareables, such as the Lemon Pepper Popcorn Shrimp or Birria Tacos, or savor the Big Island Chicken Skewers or Teriyaki Beef Skewers. Burger lovers can try the Smash Burger Sliders, while those who prefer wraps can opt for the Buffalo Chicken Wrap or Italian Wrap. Flatbread pizzas have taken on new tasty fillings, such as the Mushroom Flatbread and Pepperoni Flatbread. For something lighter, the Italian Chopped Salad hits all the right notes with fresh ingredients and a tangy vinaigrette dressing. Breakfast is also on the menu, served until 2 p.m., with the popular Croissant Breakfast Sandwich being a must-try item. With so many delicious choices, Topgolf Las Vegas foodies will be in culinary heaven.

It’s that time of the year again! Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is excited to launch its Fall Favorites menu, filled with seasonal ingredients to welcome sweater weather and the changing colors of the trees. Fans of the pizzeria chain will be thrilled to see the return of their favorite dishes, such as the Buffalo Chicken Pizza with a fiery kick of hot sauce, the juicy Apple Walnut Salad, and the decadent Pumpkin Cheesecake. For those looking to indulge a little more, Grimaldi’s also offers the sinfully delicious Choco’nana Cheesecake, which is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. Guests can complement their meal with a selection of handcrafted cocktails, premium and local craft beers, and a diverse wine list. The Fall menu is now available until December 4th at all Grimaldi’s locations nationwide, except in New York and New Jersey.

North Italia has never failed to surprise its guests with its incredible take on authentic Italian cuisine, and its new fall/winter menu is no exception. Guests can now indulge in delicious seasonal treats like the Frittatine, made from warm and fluffy fried pasta filled with Bolognese sauce, peas, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Another standout dish is the Ricotta Cavatelli, which features tender ricotta cheese cavatelli tossed with roasted butternut squash sage brown butter and topped with crispy prosciutto.
