YAO Restaurant, a culinary creation by Chef-Owner Kenny Leung and partner Thomas Tang, expertly blends traditional Cantonese culinary arts with New York City’s modern tastes. The restaurant skillfully reimagines classic dishes with modern twists and a focus on nutrition, highlighted by their signature dishes like the Traditional Chinese Salt-Baked Free-Range Chicken, Fried Rice with Roasted Eel, the innovative Fusilli with Wild Octopus and Bone Marrow, and the classic (and beloved) Portuguese Egg Custard Tart (its crust has 20 flaky layers). The restaurant recently launched a Jia Yan Tasting Menu, wine-tasting events, as well and lunch specials, so you can visit mid-day. Chola Coastal Indian Cuisine, a gem in New York City, under the guidance of Shiva Natarajan and now Min Bhujel, blends traditional Indian flavors with a modern twist. The introduction of 25 new dishes reflects Shiva’s vision and travels across India, offering diners an extraordinary taste experience. Handmade spice blends, chutneys, and sauces add authenticity to each meal, embodying the spirit of Indian hospitality with the principle of “Atithi Devo Bhava” (treat each guest as divine). The dining experience is further enhanced by a curated international wine list, a selection of Indian beers, and innovative cocktails by Allen Katz.

VENTANAS Restaurant and Lounge, under the guidance of Mr. Alexander Duran and Celebrity Chef David Burke, stands out in New Jersey’s Gold Coast for its pioneering fusion of flavors. Head Sushi Chef Sang Choi elevates the experience with outstanding sushi choices, while signature dishes like Chef Burke’s Clothesline Bacon and the Tuna and Salmon Tartare showcase creativity.
