A Taste of the Uncommon at The Sundry

“I really think of The Sundry as more than a food hall,” Patric Yumul, CEO of TableOne Hospitality, told us. “It is really a culinary collective of experiences featuring amazing chefs and creators because you can order from all of our food hall concepts at your table. There is no need to wait in lines (or multiple lines) in order to get all of the things you want. You simply scan the QR code at your table, order from one or all of our offerings and your food and drinks are delivered to the table.”

The Sundry food hall includes concepts from local Las Vegas favorites and out-of-town food sensations. Concepts include Bar Oysterette, Barzotto, Dhaba Ji, Diane’s Bloody Mary, Easy Slider, Kávos Coastal Greek Grill (from the owners of Meráki Greek Grill), Kowbird, Petite Peso, a new location for Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets (from the owners of Café Lola), Smitten Ice Cream, a new location of Soulbelly BBQ, and The Happy Hoagie. “Diners can expect authenticity, passion, creativity and deliciousness,” Yumul said of the various concepts. “We partnered with some of the best and most creative people in the industry to bring our community their greatest hits of dishes.”

The Sundry has also introduced two unique and captivating sit-down restaurants. B.S. Taqueria is a haven for Mexican-American cuisine that devises a tantalizing approach to taqueria-style cooking. The taqueria’s menu features a perfectly blended combination of time-honored staples and modern twists on classic tacos. Also complementing the great dining experience at The Sundry, comes Mizunara—an ultra-stylish temaki bar headed up by master chef Shotaro Kamio. This renowned Japanese chef has joined forces with The Sundry, in collaboration with SHO Group, to craft absolutely stunning and creative handcrafted makis.

Food halls have become a recent trend in the local and national food scene, with many food courts attempting to make the transition and new concepts popping up all around Las Vegas. So what truly sets The Sundry apart from the others and makes it appeal to the local market? “Our location is amazing, nestled in the heart of UnCommons,” Yumul said in response to that question. “Our diverse selection of offerings. Our upbeat atmosphere. Our model for service and ordering and, most of all, our service and hospitality.” The atmosphere at The Sundry is bright, colorful, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to kick back and enjoy your meal. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, The Sundry is a must-try destination that is sure to leave you satisfied and smiling.
