Vegas Unstripped Returns to the Palms with a Star-Studded Culinary Showcase
Las Vegas’ beloved chef-driven food festival, Vegas Unstripped, is set to make its return on Sunday, April 26, 2026, taking over the Palms Casino Resort pool deck for an evening of bold flavors and creative expression from 6 to 9 p.m. Tickets are currently available for purchase, offering access to one of the city’s most distinctive dining events.
Organized by The Feast of Friends, the annual gathering brings together an impressive collection of top-tier chefs, bartenders, and sommeliers from across the Las Vegas culinary scene. Each participant presents a one-of-a-kind dish or beverage crafted specifically for the event, giving guests a unique opportunity to sample original creations that won’t be found anywhere else.
This year’s lineup highlights a wide range of culinary talent, including award-nominated chefs, television competition winners, and rising stars representing some of the city’s most exciting kitchens. Notable names include James Trees, Gina Marinelli, Bruce Kalman, and Yuri Szarzewski, alongside a diverse group of chefs spanning everything from modern tapas and Italian cuisine to African, Japanese, and contemporary American concepts. Behind the bar, an equally impressive roster of mixologists and beverage experts—such as Tony Abou Ganim and Constantin Alexander—will be serving inventive cocktails and curated drink selections.
Set in the energetic outdoor setting of the Palms pool deck, the event is known for its lively atmosphere and collaborative spirit. Guests can expect a dynamic environment where chefs are present and actively engaging, personally serving their creations and sharing the inspiration behind each dish. The festival consistently draws a mix of dedicated food enthusiasts, hospitality professionals, and visitors eager to experience the depth of Las Vegas’ local talent.
Event co-founder Eric Gladstone described this year’s group of participants as the strongest yet, emphasizing the opportunity to showcase the city’s evolving culinary identity all in one place. Palms Casino Resort’s Vice President of Food & Beverage, Greg Van Stone, also highlighted the importance of the event, noting its role in celebrating the creativity and craftsmanship that define Las Vegas as a global dining destination.
More than just a food festival, Vegas Unstripped is rooted in a community-first mission. The independently produced, nonprofit event focuses on spotlighting chefs themselves rather than promoting specific venues or brands. Participants volunteer their time, and proceeds help offset operational costs while supporting meaningful causes.
Funds raised from the 2026 event will benefit St. Jude’s Ranch for Children and The Mats Project, continuing the festival’s commitment to giving back. Since launching in 2018, the event has contributed nearly $70,000 to local charitable organizations.
General admission tickets are priced at $160 plus fees, with pricing intentionally kept accessible to encourage widespread participation. A limited number of tickets may be available at a higher rate on the day of the event, and all attendees must be 21 or older.
With its blend of culinary innovation, community engagement, and charitable impact, Vegas Unstripped continues to stand out as one of Las Vegas’ most meaningful and memorable food experiences.
